Mr. Wagner,
I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with
the service that I received from your company today. From start to
finish, I am absolutely amazed. I called early this morning with a
toilet leak. The customer support person on the phone was amazing,
listened to what the problem was, and was able to schedule someone for
this afternoon.

The plumber (Dan) arrived on time, was incredibly professional,
explained to me exactly what the problem was, and how he was going to
resolve it. With my knowing almost nothing about plumbing, he easily
could have taken advantage of but he was honest and it turned out to be
the "easier and cheaper fix"... needless to say, I was very thankful for
that.

In today's age, where it seems like some companies tend take advantage
of folks, I was pleased to see that your company isn't like that, and is
providing an honest service.

Bottom line here is that you've got a customer for life, and I will tell
everyone that I know what excellent service you provide.

Please give Dan a pat on the back. His customer support skills and
professionalism really makes your company shine....
